The 3.8mm Formuline is a Dyneema based line in a smooth 12-plait construction has reduced friction by incorporating advanced slip characteristics, making downhauling much, much easier than with any other rope. Formuline offers an extreme 1,365 lb breaking load, and maintains its round profile under extreme loads giving incredible purchase in cleats. Designed primarily for downhaul use, but can be used for outhaul systems also, the rope is expected to last considerably longer than any other.
